I’ve had such an amazing entrepreneurial journey (and it’s nowhere close to over) that I want to take my knowledge, experience and contacts and make them available to my peers.
So while I work on taking BOSI Entrepreneurship and some other projects to market, I have set aside some time and resources to be an advisor, problem solver, strategist or hands-on partner for entrepreneurs.
There are really two main ways I can help your company.
Part 1: Free Advice and Support: 90% of the business advice entrepreneurs want can be delivered in a few short minutes. Yet entrepreneurs tend to shy away from asking a business advisor for help because the advisor typically wants a larger retainer or ongoing commitment to even get started. To serve situations like this, once a week, I’ll be available for free office hours. Just dial into my conference bridge along with other entrepreneurs and ask for any business advice you may need. I’ll do my best to either answer the question or point you to the right resource.

Part 2: Hands-On Help: If you need assistance in refining your business plan, accessing startup or working capital or simply taking your small company to the next level, my advisory firm en corpus can help you get that done. In certain cases, I take an entrepreneur/company on as a personal hands-on project and bring my contacts, resources and experience to bear on the project.
